With 30+ years of combined experience as ‘Company Doctors’ (Crisis/Change Management & AI Architecture), we bridge the gap between Medical Boards, Management, and IT.

We understand that Change Management is central to success. We ensure new processes and systems are adopted, not just installed.

Peter Delva (CEO)

MSc in Aerospace Engineering (TU Delft). Although raised in a deeply technical family, Peter has a deep-rooted passion for people. While he has mastered the technical side, he gets his real energy from connecting people, driving progress, and co-creating positive impact.

He is a lifelong athlete: roller skating since age 3 and windsurfing since age 4. He plays tennis and golf, rides horses, and loves snowboarding, skiing, and competitive sailing. He is also a former ice hockey coach (retired due to injuries). Oh, and he has an insatiable appetite for information.

Sammy Haillez (CTO)

Bachelor in International Business, though if you didn’t know better, you’d swear he held a PhD. He is a relentless worker with the mind of an engineer. He thinks in data and technology and has zero patience for stagnation or inefficiency.

This is also his greatest strength: while he thinks everything through thoroughly, he is a man of action. He doesn’t believe in empty talk, but in testing, proving, and executing. With his AI experience at Colruyt Technics, he is the dream co-founder.

He lifts weights like a beast and loves competition, though these days he prefers a friendly round of golf.
